Visit of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic

Lately our company welcomed the Prime Minister, Mr. Andrej Babiš, during his working visit to the Olomouc Region. Together with him, the Governor of the Olomouc Region, Mr. Ladislav Okleštěk and the Mayor of Olomouc, Mr. Miroslav Žbánek, also visited FARMAK,a.s.

Due to the limited time available, the Prime Minister met our employees directly and held an open discussion focusing on current events.

After a brief informative report on the situation in our region, the discussion touched on current topics in the economics initiated by our financial director, Mr. Miroslav Ulrich, followed by the environment related questions by Mrs. Marie Davidová and research support query by Mr. Jan Novotný, Director of Research and Development.

Our Governor and Mayor also had space for Q&As and at the end of the visit the Prime Minister invited the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jiří Žák, to a brief working meeting in Prague.
