Important changes in FARMAK, a.s.

We are pleased to inform about important changes in our company that came into force since beginning of 2022. FARMAK, a.s. has been transformed to a so called German model of Joint-Stock company (Aktiengesellschaft), which means that the main inspecting organ is now Supervisory Board. Mr. Jiří Žák retreated from his direct managerial positions and moved to position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Members of the Supervisory Board simultaneously appointed new Board of Directors assembled with Roman Buchtík, David Viktorín and its chairman, Miroslav Ulrich who was also designated as General Manager of FARMAK, a.s.
